USB 1.1/2.0 full speed USB PHY

CT25201 is a complete and high integrated USB1.1 and 2.0 full speed transceiver implementing the physical layer of a USB compliant device. To minimize the number of external components, the CT25201 integrates the DM/DP termination resistors and the pull-up resistor on DM.

A common simple digital interface permits an easy interface with the most diffused USB controllers.

 CT21404: LDO without external capacitor to deliver the required 3.3V from VUSB supply ULP Voltage and Current Reference generator

 CT2010x: auto calibrating RC Oscillator designed for USB application to generate 48MHz without any external quartz
