Up to 120V Buck Converter 

Targeting high voltage applications, CTBU2011 is a pwm synchronous buck dcdc converter with integrated high side and low side switches that can be used to provide a fixed 5V output voltage at 500mA of maximum load current from a up to 120V supply voltage. An external inductor and a capacitor are needed to implement the output filter while a diode and and capacitor are needed to generate the proper boot voltage for the switches driver. An external reference voltage (bandgap voltage) is necessary for correct operations: the target voltage is 1.2V. Integrated current sensing is used to sense and limit the dcdc converter supply current.
